Establish a Sustainable Ecological City
If the main business of the city is a government department, the economic system will be the driving force for urban development. Therefore, having a sound economic system will of course also become the driving force for the eco-city.
A. Average recurring income per person
The amount of income affects the level of consumption of urban residents, and the level of their quality of life is also related. In addition, higher incomes will also have a higher willingness to spend more time supporting environmental conservation campaigns and helping the city promote a sustainable eco-city.
B. Factory through ISO14000 rate
ISO is the abbreviation of the International Organization for Standardization, and ISO14000 is the International Organization for Standardization in order to comply with the development of international environmental protection, based on the needs of international economic and trade development standards. Hope to achieve pollution reduction, energy saving, improve the utilization of resources and energy, and ultimately improve the environment. Therefore, if more factories or enterprises in the city pass the ISO14000 certification, they will greatly benefit the overall environment and have positive benefits to the sustainable development of the city.
C. Engel's coefficient
The Engel's Coefficient refers to the percentage of household consumption expenditures for food and beverage expenditures. It is mainly used to measure the level of consumption, consumption quality and economic development of people in a region. It reflects the level of economic development and people's living standards in a society . In general, the higher the standard of living, the lower the Engel's coefficient, the more sustainable the city will become.

A. The ratio of primary industry population
An industrial population in the city can be regarded as the source of supply of urban food. Therefore, the more industrial population in a metropolitan area, the stronger the city's self-sufficiency ability. The the city can move toward sustainable development more smoothly.
B. The ratio of third industry population
The major third industry is the service industry. The higher third industry population ratio means that the city has a higher quality of life. However, it is impossible to raise the third industry population to such an extremely high level, so we should set appropriate standards depending on the nature of the city.
C. Industrial structure divergence
The industrial structure can reflect the characteristics of urban economic activity, in order to determine the ability of urban self-sufficiency. A more diversified industrial structure shows a balanced urban development and able to maintain balanced between supply and demand.
In urban areas, available vacant space can be used to plan civic farms to provide civic
planting.
In the city, the service industry is mainly used to provide citizens with various services and needs.
